Captain's Quarters (upper cabin)

The Captains Quarters is a one bedroom cabin with a queen bed and a trundle bed in the living area. The living room opens to a beautiful view deck which overlooks the Bay and John Wayne Marina, approximately 250 steps down hill to the beach. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has attractive woodwork and corian counters. This cabin has electric heat as well as a wood burning stove. It will accommodate up to 4 and the rate is $160.00 per night (October 1-April 30) and $185.00 per night (May 1-September 30).  Rates based on 1 to 2 persons. Add $20 per day for each additional person.  The Captains Quarters has a lower unit, the Skippers Quarters.

Skipper's Quarters (lower cabin)

The Skippers Quarters located below the Captains Quarters has a private entrance and beautiful view deck, approximately 200 steps down hill to the beach. This studio style rental has a queen size bed, and a living room with a double sofa sleeper. It has a bathroom with shower. This unit does not have a kitchen but a small fridge and coffee maker are supplied. It will also accommodate up to 4. This unit can be rented in combination with the upper unit or separately at $99.00 nightly (October 01-April 30) and $135.00 nightly (June 01-September 30).  Add $20 per day for each additional person.
