The Skippers Quarters located below the Captains Quarters has a private entrance and beautiful view covered deck, approximately 200 steps down hill to the beach. This studio style rental has a queen size bed, and a living room with another queen size bed. It has a bathroom with shower. This unit does not have a kitchen but a small fridge,microwave and coffee maker are supplied. It will also accommodate up to 4. This unit can be rented in combination with the upper unit or separately at $99.00 nightly (October 01-April 30) and $135.00 nightly (June 01-September 30).  Add $20 per day for each additional person.
