The Captains Quarters is a one bedroom cabin with a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The living room opens to a beautiful view deck which overlooks the Bay and John Wayne Marina, approximately 250 steps down hill to the beach. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has attractive woodwork, corian counters and a dishwasher. This cabin has electric heat as well as a wood burning stove. It will accommodate up to 4 and the rate is $165.00 per night (October 1-April 30) and $190.00 per night (May 1-September 30); based on double occupancy with a charge of $20.00 for each additional guest. The Captains Quarters has a lower unit, the Skippers Quarters. The Skippers Quarters has a queen size bed, a double sofa sleeper in the sitting area, a bathroom and a beautiful view deck.
Skippers Quarters (lower cabin)
The Skippers Quarters located below the Captains Quarters has a private entrance and beautiful view deck, approximately 200 steps down hill to the beach. This studio style rental has a queen size bed, and a living room with a double sofa sleeper. It has a bathroom with shower. This unit does not have a kitchen but a small fridge and coffee maker are supplied. It will also accommodate up to 4. This unit can be rented in combination with the upper unit or separately at $110.00 nightly (October 01-April 30) and $135.00 nightly (June 01-September 30). Rates are based on double occupancy with a charge of $20.00 for each additional guest.
