All cabin rates are based on double occupancy.  Additional persons over the age of two are $15.00 per person per night.  Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.  Pet fee is $15 per day per pet.  Day guests are $10.00 per person per day.   All guests must be registered.

 

All of our cabins are NON SMOKING cabins.  We take this very seriously.  Any persons in violation of this policy will be asked to leave.  Fumigation fees of $350.00 will be charged and your deposit and balance will not be refunded.   Smoking is only permitted outside.  Our beach and fire pits are not acceptable receptacles for cigarette butts  – please bring your own ashtrays.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this issue.

 

Kayak and Canoe Rentals are available (weather permitting).  Please reserve at least 12 hours in advance.

We offer Fresh Native Littleneck Clams at $4.50 per pound (when available).  2 lb minimum (enough for 2 people).

Firewood is $7.00 per bundle (please call ahead - we sell out frequently).

All cabin décor is available for purchase – please inquire if something catches your eye!

Cancellation Policy:  Your deposit is an agreement that per your request, we have reserved a cabin for you for the number of nights you have requested and that you will pay for all of those nights.  Deposits for 1 – 2 night stays cancelled outside of 14 days will incur a $50.00 (per cabin) cancellation fee.  Cancellations made within 14 days of your stay will result in a loss of your deposit.  Deposits for stays 3 nights or more cancelled prior to 30 days will be refunded, less a $50.00 charge (per cabin).  No deposits will be refunded with cancellations made within 30 days.

Reservation Change Policy:   Reservation changes/adjustments are subjected to a $50 fee per incident.

SMR Pet Policy:   All pets must be on a leash – this is a Washington State Law. Do Not leave your pet(s) alone or unsupervised at any time. You will be responsible for all clean up costs if your pet relieves itself on carpeting, rugs, etc... Pick up and discard all doggie poop. Upon request, we will supply old sheets for furniture protection. Pet owners loud and or disruptive pets will be asked to leave. Please respect our home and other guests – be a responsible pet owner
